Moments are Quick but They’re still Mighty! Grab one and Share one – Post 2

the MOMENTS series
It’s a potluck; taste them all and bring one to share!

I captured this quick moment before it went fleeting by:

My granddaughter grabbed my neck with both of her chubby hands and pressed her little face tightly against mine. The world stopped for that quick moment and as our cheeks meshed, our hearts did too.

There is boundless wonder in every quick moment! Please share one of yours in the comments section below

Thanks for reminding us to look for “God moments” today! I just noticed that my puppy has finally grown “tall” enough to stand on her hind legs and peek out over the window sill…she can watch the outdoor world from a safe place. Her keen curiosity inspires me…what am I missing that she’s seeing for the first time?? Time to open my eyes to see His blessings!

Oh how cute! Thank you for sharing that glimpse with me! Moments pack a punch, I’m really noticing that when I grab one and hold onto it long enough to parse it out. Every one holds a truth. And boy, do I let so many of them just pass me by. I suppose my finite brain cannot handle them all, so I pray that God really helps keep me alert to as many as I can experience. What a Wonder-full God—> He created every moment as a blessing and a lesson and a wonder if it’s own! I hope this series takes off because we can sure learn from each other’s moments. Thanks for sharing one of yours today!!

Oh, what an amazing moment! Thank you for sharing. 🙂 What a joy it is to be served by another – especially one whose character you are helping to shape. I’ll bet your heart smiled along with your face!
