God is not Afraid to Leave His House

I’m in quarantine because of a close exposure to COVID-19. I couldn’t go to church last weekend. I won’t make it next week either.

But you know who isn’t in quarantine? God. He is always free to leave His house. And He comes to meet me right where I am.

My friend, are you housebound? Are you confined by illness or fear or something else? Don’t despair! You are not alone.

God is not afraid to leave His house. He sees you and knows your needs. He is ready to visit. Will you invite Him in?

God meets us where we are: God is not Afraid to Leave His House
God is not afraid to leave His house to meet us in our need.

“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.”

Revelation 3:20

This is nice to hear! Been on quarantine since last Monday due to Covid, at times only confined to my small room, it has been very challenging for an extraverted person like me. Pray God’s protection for you and that you will enjoy His presence more each day. God bless 😊

I liked Mamalava’s statement–“God is not afraid to leave His house”–so much that I had to reblog this!

She always has a good word for us, so if you’re not familiar with her–what are you waiting for? Hop over to her blog and get your soul happy!

So true! I’m so grateful for our church which provides online services as well as in person gatherings. My husband and I were able to participate that way over the past two weeks. And every day we meet with Jesus at home because he is in us and all around us. Living in a spiritual realm while existing in the earthly one for now. 😉

Hi! I am just seeing this now. Thank you. I love it too. Some think of it like a hard shell protecting it me but I think of my love for the beach and the shells that protect until folks grow out of them and how when they grow out of them, the shells are beautiful and become treasures.

The mind game is real! Thankfully I’m in this with my whole family. I can definitely see how terrible this is for those who are alone. It is difficult to keep the spirits up. I know that I know how blessed I am but there is a dark side of Covid that is very real. Thank you for pointing that out!
