This week’s Super-Character skill is Attentiveness:

Showing the worth of a person by giving sincere attention to their words.

“We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.”

Hebrews 2:1

I may be slightly off topic, but one thing I learnt this week was to be more attentive of others’ feelings – my husband’s in particular. Sometimes we need to stop focusing on ourselves and really live the life that God intended for us. Caring for and loving others even when we need the attention ourselves.

Thank you for that! You are so right! Being attentive to what people around us are saying WITHOUT words is maybe even more important than what they speak. That shows that we are really paying attention. Great insight!
